New Brunswick

06/04/19 - 06/06/19

I spent a few days in New Brunswick. I camped in Fundy Bay National Park and visited Hopewell Rocks. The first five photos are from hikes I did in the park. The last eight photos are from Hopewell Rocks.

Fundy Bay has some of the highest tides in the world. The last five photos show the changes in the tide. At low tide, you can walk among the rock formations on the bay floor and the water is around 100 yards away. At high tide, there is over 20 feet of water here and the water almost reaches the bottom of the arch. I didn't stay to catch the absolute high tide since I didn't want to sit in a downpour of rain for 2 1/2 hours.
