Prince Edward Island

I spent a few days on Prince Edward Island. While there, I camped at Prince Edward Island National Park. My campsite was only a couple hundred feet from the northern shore of th island. I watched a few sunsets as I walked the beach. I also saw osprey and eagles hunting along the shore. I also visited several lighthouses.

One intersting thing about PEI is the color of the soil. It's rich in iron oxide that make the soil very red. If you look at the last photo, you can see the waves stirring up the red soil. If you look further out into the water you can see the expected blue water.
